My old DOS version of ChemTrak works fine for my needs - do I have to upgrade?

Not at all. "CTDOS" doesn't have nearly the depth or potential of CTO and it has a few minor Y2K glitches, but many of our old-time customers are still using it.

CTDOS is of course a discontinued and unsupported product now, but like a favorite old word processor that keeps doing the job you can use it as long as you wish. Just keep in mind that there will be no further modifications made to CTDOS, so if regulations should expand or change that exceed its capabilities you might one day have to give it a decent burial.
